Do you have to have Adobe Photoshop or can you just get Adobe Photoshop Elements and use it without the full version of the Regular Photoshop? It is expensive where the Adobe element isn't.

Answer: I only have Photoshop Elements, and it's an older version at that. You don't need the whole shebang to do digital scrapbooking with Photoshop.
