This page used the Christmas Cocoa II designer kit, which is a download you can get through Stampin' Up! It has a lot of beautiful papers and elements, but I just used a pre-made template that I modified a little -- I took away the mesh layer that was over the Old Olive cardstock and added the colorful trim along the pictures, removed a photo block at the bottom and substituted an ornament embellishment, and then added my journaling. Quick and easy!
