Creative Cost Cutting

When we moved from the mid-west to Washington, we were surprised at how much more groceries cost us. While walking through QVC, the miniature pineapple, onions and bananas caught our attention. Jokingly, my husband said that this was how they cut cost in Washington. Of course, I had my camera with me and took some pictures for my scrapbook.
